"Always deal with Caitlyn and have never been let down…We have our Homeowners, Auto, RV, ATV and boat all with this office. Living here in Edgewood I appreciate being able to talk to someone local. I tend to cycle through vehicles and never once have I had any issue getting them removed or added to our policy. We also are in the middle of getting our roof replaced from hail damage and it’s been a great experience so far with State Farm. Glad to be with them. Are they the cheapest? No. But sometimes you get what you pay for. Honestly just being able to talk to someone local at a local office out here in the country makes up for a lot of the price difference. Thank you Caitlyn and your office!!"

"Does not care about their customers at all and is very rude and disrespectful when trying to resolve a simple situation."

"John, it was not a simple situation. You requested that State Farm provide you a rental car for a claim when you chose to not carry that coverage. We appreciate your business but we what you asked us to provide is actually impossible and if we did provide it would be illegal. I gave you a solution to work with the rental car companies that State Farm uses to see if they would provide you with our negotiated rate but you were not interested in that. In reply you told me that you wanted me to "make the body shop" give you a rental car. I do not have that ability as they are an entirely separate entity but suggested that you should ask them to do so if you thought it was reasonable. My job is to make sure that you get the money necessary to repair your vehicle, which we have done. Any issues you have with the body shop you chose to use is between you and the body shop. I am sorry that you are disatisfied with our service but you are literally asking for an impossibility and then getting upset with us that we can not make the impossible possible. We wish you the best and remain at your service for anything that is within our ability to provide. "

"State Farm left me stranded, their roadside assistance failed me. The office failed me further by not addressing my concerns of how i was left stranded on the side of the road. Two and a half months later my truck is still in the shop, and they refuse to prorate my insurance due to the non usage, nor will they cover my items that were damaged in the accident. What is full coverage insurance for then? You have lost a long time customer."

"John, thank you for the review. I am sorry that we have fallen short of your expectations. I hate that you had an issue with your emergency road service. I would love to know the details so that I can relay them to State Farm's vendor who manages that service. It is important to us that you can depend upon that service when you need it. As it relates to the time it is taking for your repairs to be completed, that is unfortunately something out of our control. You are able to select a body shop of your choice. So, while I understand your frustration, I fail to see how that reflects on my business. Is there something specific to my office or State Farm that is causing the delays? If so I would like to know. Likewise, we are not responsible for the inability to cancel or "prorate" your coverage. You have a lien on your vehicle and we cannot cancel or remove your coverage because it is required by your lender. What items are not being covered? Are they items that are part and parcel to your vehicle or are they personal property? The reason I ask is that your coverage is only for the vehicle itself and items that are essential to your vehicle (spare tire, radio etc) rather than personal property that may be in your vehicle (computer, firearm etc). Since we do not insure your home we do not have coverage for the latter but if you are being declined for property related to your vehicle I would love to know so that we can advocate on your behalf. I know you are frustrated and are wanting to cancel your coverage, which is fine, but we are still here to serve you and are ready to do so. Matt "

"Great experience so far with State Farm(Marina specifically!) Recently moved to New Mexico and needed to switch my auto insurance due to my rate going way up with my other insurance provider. "I used to really like this company. But I don't know what's going on now trying to charge me $220.00 extra for a re-newal fee. This is ridiculous. I have been with them for 7 almost 8 years now. Time to switch!!!!"

"I highly recommend Matt Kunkle and his staff if you want prompt, courteous and professional insurance services. We moved our State Farm accounts to Matt's office because my father's prior State Farm agent never responded to my calls notifying them of my father's death, not even when we asked to transfer our account! Matt on the other hand even answers his own phone!! He and his staff helped us with home and vehicle insurance issues as we handled my father's estate matters. They answered any question or concern we had. Great service!"

"Switched from tijeras state farm. And this office in edgewood has a warming welcome to it. Everyone is excited when you walk in and they make it a less uncomfortable enviorment for the customers. I needed to switch insurances once i sold my car and i didnt even need to come in they handled everything on the phone with great customer service. The ladies have a great attitude as well... Not argumentive and always willing to help."
